Workshop fees are agreed after enquiry, based on the number of sessions, delivery format, preparation required, travel, group size, and organisational needs.
Workshop bookings are confirmed only when the date, time, format, fee, and payment terms have been agreed.
In-person workshops outside Portsmouth may include travel time and travel costs.
For group work, confidentiality will be encouraged, but cannot be fully guaranteed because other participants are present.
The organisation is responsible for ensuring that the venue is suitable, safe, and accessible.
For workshops involving under-18s, the organisation must confirm appropriate consent, safeguarding arrangements, and responsible adult supervision.
Cancellations and rescheduling should be made as early as possible. The agreed cancellation period should be included in the booking confirmation.
KANNECT may adapt workshop content during delivery if the group’s needs, safety, or engagement level require it.
For workshops, KANNECT may collect contact details, organisational information, workshop aims, attendance details, and feedback.
For academy or school programmes, KANNECT may also receive limited information about participants where needed for safe and appropriate delivery.
Personal information will be used only to plan, deliver, evaluate, and administer the workshop.
Group discussions should respect confidentiality, but participants should avoid sharing highly personal or sensitive information in a group setting unless it is clearly appropriate.
Confidentiality may need to be broken if there is a safeguarding concern, risk of harm, legal requirement, or serious concern about someone’s wellbeing.
Records will be stored securely using Google services with account protection enabled. Access will be limited to KANNECT unless sharing is required for safeguarding, supervision, legal, or administrative reasons.
